FEATURES:
1.Stone discharging and resort mechanism :
The dischargeed stone from the primery sieves contain some grains.This mixed fraction is sent to the secondary sieve by apneumatic transfer system, using a built-fan.Stones are concertrated and discharged.

Heavy-duty construction , permanent lubrication and easy access to sieves for cleaning or replacement result in very low maintenance.

5#HIGH POLY POLISHER SAR -S/5
Application
The high poly polisher type SAR-S/5 is used in the final stage of processing to produce rice with a smooth, dust free surface which flows freely like water through the fingers. Clear transparent pack which show the contents are an ideal way to pack the high poly processed rice which, With its high gloss and pearly lustre makes it a highly visible and attractive product on market shelves. If requried, the machines can also be used for stnadard dry polishing.Funtion
The highpoly processes rice in two stages on one shaft:
. Humidifier : Th rice is evenly coated with a thin film of water. A well controlled water flow rate produces a uniform process.
.Polisher : The glossy, pearl-like lustre is achieved by a gentle rubbing of the rice kernels against each other. The rubbing intensity can be adjusted.The aspiration cools the process and keeps the system clean.
Accurate water doshing system
A well controlled flow rate of water and a uniform process are critical in order to acheive an exellent polish on the rice. This is taken care of by the automtic water doshing system which features fine programmingof control points such as "water-on" at minimum load and "water-off" ay over load. The unit includes a working hour meter whichhelps stermine the service interval.
